Meet the Dentist
Dr. Nermeen Rifai, DMD
Dr. Rifai was born in Chicago, Illinois and raised in California. She has been working in dentistry for over 20 years. She continues to take several continuing education courses in the vast specialties of dentistry, including but not limited to Surgical Implant placement, Surgical Extractions, Full Mouth Reconstruction, Laser Therapy, Botox and Regenerative Medicine. She joined the advanced standing program at the University of Pennsylvania and was afforded the opportunity to teach dentistry at the University during her last year there. With a true passion for dentistry, Dr. Rifai maintained a staff position as a Clinical Instructor at the University of Pennsylvania in the restorative department for a few years after graduation.
Dr. Rifai, member of the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, is a skilled artisan that continues to pursue continuing education courses under dental experts from around the world in order to provide you with treatment of immense quality that she takes great pride in.
She is well experienced and enjoys all aspects of dentistry ranging from simple routine visits to complete full mouth reconstruction, striving to enhance the self confidence of her patients. There are a lot of people who fear going to the dentist. It is her goal to make sure that you are completely at ease when coming to see us here at All Smiles Family Dental. Dr. Rifai takes her time to get to know each of the patients at their first visit, and does what she can to make sure that you are as comfortable as possible throughout each visit. Communication with patients is her top priority.

Dr. Rifai has been blessed with twin girls and a boy who keep her busy when she is not working. She enjoys traveling, watching movies, water sports and listening to music. Dr. Rifai has a true passion for dentistry and more importantly, for feeling that she has touched the life of another individual. Suzie
Financial Coordinator

Suzie has over thirty years of experience in the dental field. She has been with All Smiles Family Dental since its establishment in 2011. Suzie took classes at the Monmouth County Vocational School, where she obtained her CDA/RDA licenenses. She is well diverse in all aspects of dentistry. Her primary position is known as our financial coordinator. Her outgoing and caring personality is what makes her great at what she does. She will go above and beyond to try and accomodate your needs.

Suzie loves to meet new people and travel with her husband, Frank. She enjoys cooking and spending quality time with her family and friends. She has three children and five grandchildren. When Suzie is not in the office or with her kids, you will find her volunteering her time as a swim team mom/grandmom and serves on the board of her local swim club.
Dr. Neelima Pitchika, D.D.S
Associate Dentist

Dr. Pitchika earned her D.D.S from University of Colorado, School Of Dental Medicine. She is well trained in restorative, endodontics and surgical dentistry. She enjoys building long lasting relationships with her patients and putting them at ease prior to any type of dental procedure. Dr. Pitchika believes that it is important to provide painless dentistry as well as less stressful dentistry. Explaining everything to our patients and having them know that they are in control of everything is what she does best.

During her free time, she spends time with her family and friends and enjoys cooking, painting and reading. Dr. Pitchika has two beautiful girls and enjoys being a mother as much as being a dentist.

Bri
Registered Dental Hygienist
Bri, our Registered Dental Hygienist graduated from Camden County College. Prior to working as a Dental Hygienist, she was a dental assistant. She has always had a desire to help patients achieve their best smile. While pursuing her degree in hygiene, she was fortunate to have worked as a dental assistant and acquire knowledge in all aspects of the dental field. She has an immense amount of knowledge in the dental field and always strives to give her patients the absolute best treatment and education on the importance of oral hygiene. She strives at building lasting relationships and more importantly making you feel comfortable in the dental chair while educating you on the importance of Oral Health. She has a wealth of knowledge in facial esthetics and continues to grow by taking continuing education courses in the latest techniques in dental hygiene and facial esthetics, including but not limited to Botox and facial fillers.
Outside of the office Bri enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, painting, traveling and walking her three beautiful dogs. Being able to help our patients achieve a brighter, healthier smile and building confidence is what she loves doing most.
Chrissy
Registered Dental Hygienist

Chrissy, our Registered Dental Hygienist graduated from Camden County College. She has over 15 years of dental experience as a Dental Hygienist. Chrissy loves making patients feel at ease and educating them on proper Oral Hygiene techniques. She has always had a desire to make a difference in an individual's life. Chrissy has an immense amount of knowledge in the dental field and always strives to give patients her utmost best.
Chrissy has two beautiful boys and enjoys spending quality time with them.
Outside of the office Chrissy enjoys spending time with her family and friends, working out and travelling. Helping patients feel at ease and educating them is what Chrissy enjoys most about being a dental hygienist.

Caitlin
Front Desk Administrator

Caitlin is one of our front desk administrators. She has over 14 years of experience in the dental field. Pleasing patients and making sure they have a great experience at our office is what she loves doing best. In addition to checking in and out, Caitlin also handles insurance claims and pre-authorizations.
Besides working in the dental field, Caitlin is a mom of 5. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends and puppy. She loves cooking and creating authentic meals. We are truly lucky to have Caitlin as part of our family.
Nikki
Lead Dental Assistant (CDA/RDA)
Nikki, our registered dental assistant has had experience in the dental field for over 10 years. Her phenomenal clinical abilities are what define her as an extraordinary assistant. Her passion for perfection is what our patients love about her. Together, Dr. Rifai and Nikki make an extraordinary team making you feel calm and relaxed.
Asides from her extraordinary talent in dentistry, Nikki is also a Closet Designer for Closets by Design. She loves spending quality time with her family and friends. She also enjoys reading, relaxing and all outdoor activities.
Nikki's strong work ethic is what defines her most. She will always make our patients feel comfortable
Maddie
Dental Assistant (RDA)
Maddie, our registered dental assistant, has over 5 years of experience in the dental field. Her ability to ease patients and create a happy experience is what she does best. Her out going and bubbly personality will distract you from any type of dental anxieties you may have. Maddie's passion for dental health started at a young age and has since grown with her.
Maddie was born in Norman, Oklahoma, and was raised in Deptford, NJ. Aside from loving dentistry, Maddie enjoys spending time with her husband and caring for her sweet rescue dog. She also enjoys gardening, sewing and spending time with her family and friends.
Together, Nikki and Maddie make a dynamic team assisting Dr. Rifai. They always remember to keep patients comfortable and have fun.
Yasenia
Front Desk
Yasenia works in the front, assisting and scheduling patients, along with verifying insurance. She has been part of our dental family since 2019. Yasenia loves helping patients in all possible aspects and will go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable with everything at All Smiles Family Dental.

Yasenia was born and raised in Vineland, NJ. She is a mother of beautiful twin girls. She is a woman of many talents. Aside from her love of helping all of our patients she is a certified cosmetologist. Yasenia has also been acting and singing in school and community theatre for the past 18 years. Her voice soothes our patients and she can definitely put on a performance when needed.

As a valued team member, Yasenia looks forward to expanding her knowledge and skills at All Smiles family dental along with building connections with all of our dental patients.

Zoey
Therapy Dog
Zoey has been All Smiles Therapy Dog since 2018. Zoey has made a lot of our patients feel at ease during their treatment. She relieves our patients anxiety and loves everyone. Zoey has become an integral part of All Smiles Family Dental.
Office Policy
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least A 24 HOUR NOTICE. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
