When you schedule your first appointment, please complete our online registration form. If you have insurance, we may need to verify your insurance information prior to your appointment in order to minimize your wait time.

Your initial visit includes a set of x-rays, visual examination including extra and intraoral, charting, diagnosis and treatment recommendations. The dentist will thoroughly listen to any concerns you may have and will go over your x-rays and recommended treatment. The financial coordinator will then speak to you in detail about the number of visits, finances and insurance coverage. You’ll be able to ask questions and make decisions about treatment at your own pace. We would like to make your dental visits as comfortable and stress free as possible.
